We are incredibly grateful to partner with an Eagle Scout candidate to uncover more of the historic rock wall connecting Brooks Park and North Creek Park right here in Goodlettsville. An Eagle Scout project is not just a weekend chore. It is a massive undertaking where a young leader must plan, fundraise, and manage an entire team to build something that lasts. From restoring community parks to building benches, these projects change neighborhoods for the better.
Over the last few years, we have had the distinct privilege of mentoring and assisting 10 scouts as they completed their rigorous Eagle Scout journeys. Achieving this rank is a monumental accomplishment. Through these community projects, scouts learn invaluable, real-world leadership and project management skills that last a lifetime. We currently have two more Eagle Scout projects in the works! Your continued financial and volunteer support is what allows us to equip these young leaders and supply the tools they need to complete projects that directly benefit our local parks and community spaces.
